Crab Muffins

  • 10 English Muffin Halves
  • 6 oz Canned Crab Meat (lump)
  • 2 tsp Minced Green Onions
  • 5 oz Old English Cheese
  • 1 stick Margarine


Get cheese and margarine to room temp and beat together and add everything else. Spread generously over muffin halves. Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into bite size pieces (6 per muffin). Then broil for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
