Eggs Hollandaise
Can use Bisquik for biscuits
ingredients
- 4 English Muffins
- 4 Sliced and Cooked Bacon
- 4 one oz Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 4 Poached Eggs
- Cheese Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2/3 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper each
directions
Broil muffins, then put bacon and cheese and then egg and cover w/ cheese sauce. For sauce, melt butter over low heat. Add flour and stir until smooth. Cook one minute, stirring constantely. Gradually add the milk in and stir constantly until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese, salt and pepper until al melted.
