Blackened Salmon
Grill outside on grill
ingredients
- 1/2“ Fillets b/c 1” Fillets are too thick of Salmon
- Sour Cream
- Velvetta Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese or
- Velvetta Cheese
- Butter, Onions,Whole Peppers, Bay Leaves and Garlic Salt
directions
Dip salmon in melted butter. Put on spice heavily and put in hot skillet (10 min heat it). 1/2" fillets are best. Flip over after a few minutes. Put butter, onions, whole peppers, bay leaves & garlic salt over fillets after grilling them on grill. Baste fillets with honey base butter mix as well or soak fillets in saltwater brine for flavor prior to cooking. For Halibut, get sour cream, milk and velvetta or cheddar cheese and bake/pour over it. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
