Hot Chicken Salad
ingredients
- 4 cups Cooked Chicken, cut into chunks
- 2 cups Chopped Celery
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 2/3 cups Finely Chopped Toasted Almonds
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 small can Pimentos
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Finely Minced Onions
- 1 tsp Salt
directions
Combine all ingredients and place in large rectangular dish. Top with 1.5 cups crushed potatoe chips. Let stand overnight and then bake. Bake 25 minutes at 400.
