Chung Hi Fried Rice
Serve with meat or poultry
ingredients
- 1 large Onion
- 2 large Tomatoes
- 4 oz Fresh Ham
- Minute Rice, according to sevings
- Pepper, Ginger and Garlic Salt to taste
directions
Fry large onion and tomoatoes. Sprinkle with pepper & ginger & garlic salt. When sauted well add ham and then rice
