Cheese Garlic Grits
Baked Grits, great for brunch
ingredients
- 1 cup Quaker White Hominy Quick Grits
- 6 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Aleo
- 1/2 cup Eggs Well Beaten
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Salt

Prepare 1 cup Quaker Enriched White Hominy Quick Grits in saled boiling water as directed on package.

Stir in 6 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese, the aleo, eggs and salt.

Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Pour into 2 qt greased casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350.
