Ramen Salad
ingredients
- Ramen Noodle Salad
- Greens-
- 2 bags of mixed greens (I prefer Hearts of Romaine or Triple Hearts)
- I bunch of broccoli crowns- chopped
- Chopped green onions- amount depends on individual taste- I usually chp about 2-3 heads
- Salad topping:
- 2 bags of Ramen Noodles- crushed (flavor makes no difference, throw away the packet)
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
- Dressing-
- 1 cup veg oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 T. soy sauce

Topping:

Brown these ingredients over medium heat in one stick of butter

Set aside until ready to assemble. Can be made ahead.

When ready to serve assemble all ingredients, toss and serve !!! Enjoy !!

This is a family favorite !! Can also add grilled chicken pieces to make it a one course meal !!
