Russian Fruit Torte

ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- Topping
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup frozen berries, thawed with juice
- Shaved chocolate
directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Divide into three equal parts and bake each layer for about 10 minutes at 375 F in a greased and floured cake pan.

Mix the ingredients for the topping. Place the cooled layers in a dish with sides and pour the topping over each. Sprinkle shaved chocolate generously between the layers. Garnish the top with shaved chocolate and fruit.
