Hot Buttered Rum

- 1 pound brown sugar
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 pound butter
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- rum
- boiling water

Mix all ingredients together and freeze.

To serve, place one heaping tablespoon of the mixture and 2 ounces of rum in a mug. Pour in boiling water. Sprinkle nutmeg on top
