Your favorite Norwegian Christmas Cookie
ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
directions

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour, cardamom & cream. Mix and let sit 1 hour. Fry on mdeium hot Krumkaker iron. Fry on one side for approx 1 minute and flip for approx 30 seconds until golden brown. Roll immediately on wooden form. Let cool and remove form.
