Nacho Dip
ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 32 oz. Velveeta, cut into cubes
- 2 jars of salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
directions
Brown the ground beef and mix with the Velveeta in a crockpot on high until melted. (takes about 20 minutes to melt together) Then add salsa and sour cream and put on low to keep melted. Serve it warm with Tostito chips.
notes
You can substitute ground chicken or turkey too.
