Gluten Free Doughnut recipe

Made with Pamela’s baking and pancake mix, it makes delicious and easy gluten free doughnuts!

ingredients

Doughnuts in an oil fryer (or pan of oil)
  • 4 1/4 cups Pamela’s Baking & Pancake Mix, plus some for dough handling
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2/3 cup milk or buttermilk (optional: add 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice to milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup white or brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Chocolate Glaze for Doughnuts
  • 1 ounce melted unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
