June's Eclair Cake
ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 2 packages french vanilla instant pudding
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 package honey graham crackers
- 1 can Betty Crocker Milk Chocolate frosting
directions
Mix milk and instant pudding. Let set about five minutes. Stir in cool whip. In 13x9 lightly greased pan, place a layer of graham crackers (do not break up). Spread 1/2 the cool whip mixture and then place a second layer of crackers. Finish the rest of the cool whip mixture and place a third layer of crackers. Refrigerate overnight. Frost and serve.
