DI's Oyster Stew
ingredients
- 1 pint oysters
- 2 cups milk
- dash of salt
- 1 cup light cream
- pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- old bay
directions
Place oysters in their juice in medium heat saucepan with a pinch of salt. Cook until edges of oysters curl. Add butter, 2-3 tbsp, and cook until melted. Add milk, cream, pepper and dash of old bay. Heat thoroughly and serve immediately.
