ingredients

  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro (not too large)
  • 1 small can/jar jalapenos
  • 2 14oz cans petite diced tomatoes

directions

    In blender, put 1/2 can of tomatoes, very coarsely chopped green onions and depending on your “heat” desire 4-8 jalapenos. Pulse until chopped well.

    Add the rest of the tomatoes and quickly pulse...add coarsely chopped cilantro and quickly pulse....add salt and/or garlic salt to taste.....quick pulse, taste and add chilis or salt as needed.

    ...If you don’t mind green salsa you could add all ingredients and blend.
