Quick Pierogi
ingredients
- 3 Lbs. Potatoes
- 1 Large Onion
- 2 Sticks Butter
- Milk
- 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 10 Ounces Cheese
directions
Clean and peel potatoes. Boil potatoes with 1 stick of butter and milk. Drain. Boil elbows for 6 minutes, then drain and rinse. Saute onion in 1 stick of butter. Layer pan with potatoes, elbows, cheese, potatoes. Butter and onions on top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
