Shrimp De Jonghe
ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 lbs. clean cooked shrimp
- 2 tbl lemon juice
directions
Combine margarine, wine, parsley, garlic, paprika and bread crumbs. Sprinkle shrimp with lemon juice; toss with 1/2 cup of crumb mixture. Place shrimp in oblong baking dish; top with remaining crumbs, bake at 400 for 25 min.

This is sooo yummy! Add a bottle of a crisp white and you have a fantastic meal.
