Sugar Cookies (rolled)

- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 1/3 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tarter
directions

Cream together butter, margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.

Sift together flour, soda and cream of tarter. Add to sugar mixture.

Chill dough before rolling.

Roll out on lightly floured surface. Flour cookie cutters before cutting.

Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
