Peanut Butter and Jelly Thumbprint Cookies
ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar.
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour

Cream together butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla until fluffy. Add remaining dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.

Roll dough into 1 inch balls- place on baking sheet and indent centers with thumb.

Fill each center with a SMALL amount of grape jelly.

Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
