Light & Tangy Caesar Dressing
Quick, light, tangy, delicious, low calorie and low fat. What more could you ask from a dressing?
ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain fat free greek yogurt (such as Fage)
- 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsps red wine vinegar
- 2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
directions
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over crisp romaine, and toss with shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly cracked pepper and crispy croutons.
