Corn Dog Muffins

- 2 8.5-ounce corn bread mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 9 hot dogs, cut in half

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Stir together corn bread mixes and brown sugar.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. Then add cheese. Add egg mix to cornbread mixture.

Spray muffin pans 2/3 full with mixture. Add a hot dog to each cup. Cook for 14 - 18 minutes.
