Oreo Cheesecake
ingredients
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 6 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 6-ounce Oreo pie crust
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat vanilla, sugar and cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs. Stir in 1 cup of Oreos.

Pour 1/2 of mixture into each crust. Sprinkle crushed Oreos over the top of each pie.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Let cool and then refrigerate.
