Cherry Cheese Tarts
ingredients
- 2 8oz pkg of cream chz
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- 1 can cherry pie filling
directions
Line muffin tin w/paper cupcake insert. Place Vanilla Wafer in the bottom. Combine all ingredients except pie filling and beat until light and fluffy. Fill cups 2/3’rds full with mixture. Bake @ 375 for 15-20 minutes, then chill. Top with 1 tbs cherry pie filling.
