Pan Grinder
ingredients
- 2 packages of crescent rolls
- 1/2 pound ham (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 pound pepperoni(thinly sliced)
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese (thinly sliced)
- 1 jar pepper rings
- 6 eggs beaten with 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Use a 9X13 pan.

Layer 1 package of crescent rolls in ungreased pan. Then layer 1/2 of the ham, pepperoni, provolone and peppers. Pour a little less than half of the egg mixture on top.

Layer the remainder of the ham, pepperoni, provolone and peppers. Pour remaining egg mixture (saving a little to brush on top). Layer the second package of crescent rolls on top and brush with the rest of the egg mixture.

Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, then 350° for 15 minutes.

**If you use a glass baking dish, bake at 350° for about 40-45 minutes or until brown.
