Lemon Chicken with Creamy Basil Sauce

ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
- SAUCE
- 1/4 cup creamy ceasar dressing
- 1 tomato
- 1 green onion, sliced 1"
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

1. oil and preheat bbq

2. finely grate 1 tbsp lemon peel, add in 1/4 c of the juice from lemon. stir in oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper

3. add chicken and turn to coat

4. sauce: cut tomato in half, de-seed, and then coarsely chop. stir into dressing with onion and basil

5. bbq chicken 6 minutes, the baste with remaining mixture, turn and grill for additional 6 minutes

6. place on platter and spoon sauce over top
