Peanut Butter Stuffed French Toast
ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4c milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3c peanut butter
- 1 loaf Challah bread, sliced into
- 1/2" slices
- butter, for frying
- honey
- confectioners’ sugar

Preheat large skillet to medium heat.

In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon.

Spread 1 tbsp peanut butter between 2 slices of Challah bread and coat with egg mixture.

Melt desired amount of butter in skillet and add French toast. Fry for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Drizzle with honey and dust with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
