Cranberry Meatballs
“two of haley’s favorite things: grandma ham and grandma ham’s recipe for cranberry meatballs”
ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c cornflake crumbs
- 1/3 c ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 lbs ground pork
- SAUCE
- 16 oz jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 c ketchup
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
directions

1. combine and mix first eight ingredients

2. add pork and mix well
- 3
3. shape into 1" balls and place on baking pan - 350 for 25 minutes, turning once

4. remove from oven and drain on towel
- 5
5. in saucepan: combine sauce ingredients - cook and stir until cranberry is melted. put in casserole dish and cook 60 minutes at 350
