BANANA SPLIT CAKE
Troy’s Favorite Dessert Every Xmas!
ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 2 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 box Confectioner’s Sugar
- 2-3 Bananas
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- Optional: nuts and cherries
directions
Melt 1 stick butter; mix with 2 cups of Graham cracker crumbs and pack in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Chill. To make filling: beat together 2 softened sticks of butter, 2 eggs and box of Confectioner’s sugar for 5-7 minutes. Spread over crust. Place a layer of sliced bananas over filling. Spread drained pineapples over bananas. Cover with Cool Whip and decorate with nuts or cherries, if desired. Refrigerate.
