ingredients

  • 1-1.5 lbs ground chuck or ground turkey (no leaner than 85/15)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 28-oz can tomatoes, diced or whole
  • 1 15-oz can tomato sauce
  • Parsley flakes
  • Chili powder
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper
  • Any kind of pasta

directions

Brown meat in large pan or skillet. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onions are transparent. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, parsley flakes, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, and S&P. Mix together and simmer for 30-45 minutes or until thickened. Serve over pasta when ready!
