LELA'S TOMATO ASPIC

ingredients
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (the kind with onions and green pepper)
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
directions

In saucepan, pour tomatoes and crush with a masher. Bring to a boil.

Add Jello and stir until dissolved. May be poured back into can.

Refrigerate until set. Then cut out other end of can, slide out, and

slice in rounds (or use mold). Serve on lettuce. Decorate with a dab
- 5
of mayonnaise, sliced olives, parsley, etc. (Quick and easy!)
