Steven's Hearty Beef Stew
For my “meat and potatoes guy”
ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef chuck or stew meat cut int i inch cubes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 lbs beef chuck or stew meat cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 4 sliced carrotts
- 3 diced potatoes
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 sliced stalk of celery
- 2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet (optional)

Place meat in Crock-Pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat.

Stir to coat meat with flour.

Add remaining ingred. and stir to mix well.

Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. (HIGH; 5 to 6 hours )

Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
