D.C. Chicken

ingredients
- 10 oz. fresh spinach
- onion slices (sweet)
- tomato slices
- Mozzarella cheese
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons dressing mixed with Balsamic Vinegar and olive oil (or just use Balsamic Dressing)
directions
Layer all ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 375 F covered for 45 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes.
