Daddy's Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls
Best when hot out of the oven!
ingredients
Dough- 1 cup water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons yeast (little pack)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 cup pecan halves
directions
Dough
- 1
Pour wet ingredients into bread machine.
- 2
Pour in dry ingredients, making a mound.

Make a well in dry ingredients and pour in yeast.

Turn machine on dough cycle.
Prepare Topping
- 1
Mix butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and pecans.

Pour into bottom of baking dish.
Preparing Rolls from Dough

Roll dough on floured surface until 1/2 inch thick.

Spoon 2 tablespoons butter and cinnamon sugar filling.

Roll dough into a log.
- 4
Cut into 1 inch spirals.

Place into baking dish, on top of pecan topping.

Allow 1-3 hours for rolls to rise.

Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.

Pours rolls onto platter, upside down.
