Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Sauce
ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower trimmed and cut into florets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil divided
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp soy sauce

Preheat oven to 400°. Toss the cauliflower with 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp olive oil. Spread evenly on a baking dish. Roast in The oven turning every 10 minutes, until fork tender, about 30 minutes.

In a small saucepan heat the remaining olive oil. Add the garlic and cook until soft. Transfer the garlic and oil to a small bowl. Stir in lemon juice tahini and soy sauce.

Toss sauce over finished cauliflower and serve.
