Easy Lasagna

ingredients

  • 1 pkg lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 lb ground beef, extra lean
  • 30 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella chees, grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

directions

Brown beef and drain. Add tomato sauce, seasonings and sugar. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Spray a 13x9x2-inch casserole dish with cooking spray and layer sauce, uncooked noodles, ricotta and mozzarella cheese. Repeast, ending with a layer of sauce, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand 10 minutes prior to serving.
