Sheila's Mexican Corn Dip (Cold)
ingredients
- 2/3 cups mayonnaise
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 cans Mexicorn (drained)
- 6 green onions (chopped)
- 1 can chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 2 cups Mexican blend grated cheese
directions

Combine all ingredients.

Refrigerate.

Serve with Frito Scoops.
Sheila made this for Grace’s first birthday party. I have taken it to many parties since, and it is always a hit. It is also good served warm.
