Oreo Ice Cream Cake

Crust- large pkg oreos
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 large sweet German chocolate bar
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 medium tub cool whip
directions
Crust

Melt butter and mix with crushed oreos. Pat out in 9 x 13 pan. Save 2 or 3 cookies to sprinkle on top.

Place softened ice cream on top of crust. I usually open the ice cream carton and slice it with a knife.
Fudge
- 1
Melt chocolate bar, sugar, milk and vanilla. Boil x 3-4 minutes. Pour over ice cream. Place cool whip on top of fudge and sprinkle with oreos.

It helps to put the cake in the freezer for a bit before putting on the cool whip to let it set up some.
