Baked Mashed Potatoes

ingredients

  • 5 lb potatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tsp onion salt

directions

Cook potatoes until soft. Drain and mix with other ingredients. Put in 9x13 and bake at 325 degrees x 50 minutes.
