Hash Brown Potato Casserole
ingredients
Casserole- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onions (I just use dehydrated here but not a half cup)
- 10 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 3 Tbsp melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients. Arrange in baking dish, 9x13 inches. Mix corn flakes and melted butter and sprinkle this on top

Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
