Company Bloody Mary
This is a great drink for a Sunday Brunch.
ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups of V8
- 1 cup of vodka
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 coarsely ground pepper
- few dashes hot pepper sauce
- ice cubes
- 2 limes, quartered lengthwise
- 4-5 celery stalks, cleaned
- Optional:
- 1/2 tsp of horseradish
- Jumbo shrimp as garnish

In a large pitcher, combine first 6 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate mixture if made ahead.

To serve: Stir mixture, then pour over ice cubes in 6 10 oz highball glasses.

Squeeze a lime wedge into each glass: stir Bloody Mary, add celery stalk and serve immediately

Original recipe is from "The Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook" and it called for tomato juice instead of V8.
