Potatoes Romanoff
ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 cups sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cook peeled potatoes, let cool and shred into large bowl the day before.

Stir in all other ingredients and transfer to a buttered casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup of grated cheddar and sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove one hour before cooking.

Bake at 350° uncovered, until heated through.
