Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake
ingredients
- Oreos
- 1/8 c. butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 3 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
- 1 1/8 c. sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp lemon juice (or lime)
- 1 can raspberry filling
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Crush oreos and mix with 1/8 c. butter to form crust.

Blend in blender the eggs, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour 1/2 of mixture into pan on top of Oreo crust. Spoon 1/2 can of raspberry filling on top; swirl with knife.

Pour second half of cream filling on top of this and then second half of raspberry filling.

Bake at 350° for 35-45 minutes. Let cool.

Mix together sour cream, 3 1/2 Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour over cheesecake. Bake ten minutes at 350°. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate overnight.
