Fish Fry
ingredients
- 1lb firm fish (Tilapia, Salmon etc.)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste

1. Mix all the ingredients together for the marinade.

2. Add big pieces of fish to the marinade and leave it overnight.

3. Heat a non-stick pan and spray oil in it. Add the fish to the pan and cook till brown on both the sides (approx 6 minutes on each side)
