Asian Ginger Steaks
This came from the Wilmington Star News 3/15/2000. It is also good with pork chops and ribs.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup A-1 steak sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp crushed red peppers
- 4 steaks, 1-inch thick

Combine steak sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and red peppers in a small bowl; this is the marinade. Place steaks in a ziplock bag; add marinade. Securely close bag; turn to coat steaks with marinade. Let marinate in refrigerator for one hour, turning bag occasionally.

Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Place steaks on a preheated grill. Grill, uncovered, 14 to 15 minutes for medium rare, turning occasionally.
