Hazelnut Fingers
ingredients
- 1 c. hazelnuts, finely chopped
- 12 T. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs

Combine all ingredients and place in a cookie press (or an icing bag with a blade that will make ridge in the dough).

Press on an ungreased cookie sheet about three inches long.

Bake at 400°F.

Melt 1 c. chocolate chips with 1 T. Crisco. Spread on each end of cookie or dip ends.

Cool on a piece of waxed paper.
