Bake Potato Salad
Perfect for large crowds and BBQ’s
ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 pound American cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-2 cups mayonaise
- 1/4 cups black olives, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees, butter a 9x13" baking dish

2.Boil potatoes until al dente. Drain, set aside.

3.Cook bacon over medium high heat until evenly browned. Remove to paper towels to drain.

4.In a large bowl stir together potatoes, cheese, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spoon into baking dish, crumble bacon over the top and sprinkle with olives.

5.Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown
