Ingredients

  • Cake-1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup regular sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts

    Cake-Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Alternate mixing sour cream and dry ingredients into butter,sugar and eggs. Add vanilla.

    Topping-mix all ingredients

    Lightly grease a 9x12x2 pan. Pour half of cake batter into pan, Sprinkle half the topping, then add the rest of the batter. Spread remaining topping evenly over the top of batter.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes
