Jill's Breakfast Casserole
Can be made up the night before and put in the fridge. If so, bake about 20 minutes longer.
ingredients
- 3 cups shredded hash browns-thawed
- 3/4 cup cheese-cojack, cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup ham-chopped
- 4 green onions chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 12-ounce can evaporate milk
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Press hash browns-thawed-in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with cheese and ham. Mix eggs and evaporated milk, green onions and spices together. Pour over potatoes.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
