• 1 lb sausage, hot
• 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
• 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 2/3 cup milk, 2% low fat
