Jenny's Vermicelli with Ro*tel Tomatoes & Chilies
Fideo Ro*tel
ingredients
- 5 oz. package Q&Q Vermicelli (fideo)
- 10 oz can Ro*tel diced tomato & green chilies
- 1 tbsp Knorr tomato bouillon w/ chicken flavor (powder)
- 1 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Add uncooked vermicelli (fideo) and saute over medium to medium high heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown.

Add hot water, Ro*tel and then Knorr bouillon. Stir and bring to boil.

Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes.

Serve

*Suggestion: Serve with bread and a glass of cold milk.
